The American College of Veterinary Botanical Medicine is an international association of veterinarians trained in the clinical use of botanical medicine for veterinary patients. We are the academic center for the clinical use and the advanced study of veterinary botanical medicine.

Our Mission
The American College of Veterinary Botanical Medicine was established in 2014 to provide a source of expertise in the use of medicinal plants to those trained in conventional veterinary medicine, but untrained in these modalities. It was also established to increase the proficiency and clinical competency of veterinarians interested in using these modalities for their patients. To fulfill this mission, the American College of Veterinary Botanical Medicine (ACVBM) has established a group of Charter Fellows of the College, a pathway to Fellowship for those who follow in our footsteps, and a group of special mentors to provide guidance for other veterinarians interested in using or learning about botanical medicine.
